Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 2, 2026  |  Last Updated: August 2, 2026

01 Introduction

Welcome to Flow Focus ("Flow Focus," "we," "us," or "our"). Flow Focus designs and builds websites, and provides domain registration and business email hosting, for small businesses and new operators.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flow Focus website located at https://flowfocus.pro (the "Site") and any general interactions with Flow Focus outside of a signed client agreement.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02 Nature of Services

Flow Focus's core offering is the Essentials Package: a 3-page website (Landing, Services, Contact), domain registration and hosting, and business email hosting, delivered as a single flat-fee project. Optional à la carte add-ons — including CRM integration and digital footprint building — may be added on top of the Essentials Package.

Information provided on this Site, through our contact form, or in exploratory conversations is general in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice specific to your business circumstances.

Any paid engagement with Flow Focus is governed by the quote or written agreement provided to you, which outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for your specific project. In the event of a conflict, that quote or agreement takes precedence over these Terms.

Package and add-on descriptions on this Site are summaries only. Exact deliverables for your project are confirmed in your individual quote.

03 Eligibility and Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or engage with Flow Focus services.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Copy, scrape, or repurpose Site content for commercial use without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or business intentions

Flow Focus reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at any time.

04 No Client Relationship Created

Submitting our contact form, or engaging in exploratory discussions, does not create a client relationship.

A client relationship is established only after:

  1. You receive a written quote for your project
  2. The quote is accepted by you
  3. Any required deposit or payment is received

Work on your Essentials Package or any add-on begins only after your quote is accepted and any required payment is received.

05 Payments

The Essentials Package is billed as a one-time flat fee, quoted for your specific project. Domain registration, hosting, and business email are billed as part of that fee initially, then renew on an annual basis at the rate specified in your quote.

À la carte add-ons are quoted and invoiced individually. Some add-ons (such as CRM platform access) may carry their own ongoing monthly or annual fee, which will be disclosed to you before you commit to that add-on.

Payment terms for your project — including whether payment is due in full, or split into a deposit and balance — are specified in your individual quote.

  • All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor
  • One-time project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Annual hosting/domain/email renewals are non-refundable once a renewal period has been paid
  • Work outside the scope of your accepted quote — including revisions beyond what's included — is billed at an hourly rate of $100 CAD ("shop rate"), quoted to you in writing before any billable hours are incurred

06 Intellectual Property & Deliverables

All content on the Site — including text, branding, and presentation materials — is the intellectual property of Flow Focus unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Flow Focus materials without prior written consent.

Your website is built as static HTML/CSS files, not on a content-management platform like WordPress. Ownership of your website files, and the domain registered on your behalf, transfers to you upon full payment and project completion.

Because your site is delivered as static files rather than through a self-service content editor, making changes after launch requires either your own HTML/CSS ability or a paid update from Flow Focus. This is different from a WordPress-based site, and we want that clear before you commit.

Where an à la carte add-on involves a third-party platform (such as a CRM), your access to and ownership of that platform account is governed by the terms of that platform, not by Flow Focus.

07 Third-Party Tools and Services

Flow Focus works with and configures third-party platforms as part of service delivery, including but not limited to hosting and domain providers, CRM platforms, email hosting services, and payment processors.

Flow Focus does not own, control, or guarantee the performance, security, pricing, or availability of third-party services. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

In the event that a third-party platform changes its pricing, terms, or availability, Flow Focus will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients and provide alternative solutions where possible.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and any information provided through it are offered "As Is" and "As Available."

Flow Focus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Accuracy or completeness of information on the Site
  • Business outcomes or performance improvements resulting from services
  • Fitness of services for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party platforms configured as part of service delivery

Results vary based on execution, client decisions, business conditions, and external factors beyond Flow Focus's control.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Focus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Use of the Site or services
  • Reliance on general information provided through our contact form or exploratory discussions
  • Business decisions made by users or clients
  • Third-party platform outages, changes, or discontinuation

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid to Flow Focus for the specific project or package under which the claim arises.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flow Focus from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Site or services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Breach of representations made during engagements

11 Termination

Flow Focus may suspend or terminate access to the Site at its discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

You may request to cancel an in-progress project at any time in writing; fees for work already completed are non-refundable. For annual hosting, domain, and email renewals, cancellation notice must be provided in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date — no partial refunds are issued for a renewal period already paid.

Termination of Site access does not affect obligations under any accepted quote or signed agreement.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

13 Modifications

Flow Focus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email where reasonably practical.
